Finance Committee
The finance committee leads the board consideration of financial issues and recommends actions to the board. The committee meets as needed to review financial and budgetary reports and policies and recommends actions and policies for board approval.

Nominating/Membership Committee
The nominating committee proposes for the board consideration candidates for coalition, board and officer positions. The committee meets as needed to maintain full membership on the board members and all officer positions filled.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee recommends actions for approval of the full board and acts for the board in between board meetings. The committee meets regularly to review and coordinate operational, programmatic, personnel, and financial matters.
